Ukraine - MedWorld Advisors Statement

While we recognize that we are a small international M&A advisory firm, we do believe we can all make a difference if we stand together.

Therefore, we ask our industry colleagues to stand with Ukraine and to unite with us to counter unprovoked Russian aggression against innocent civilian lives in a democratic country.

From this day forward, and until Russia leaves Ukraine, we will no longer work with any company associated with Russian interests, whether it be on the sell side or buy side.

We encourage others to do the same.

If you wish to support Ukraine but are not sure how, we have provided a number of options below. These are just a few that have been provided to us, but there are many out there. Each person can make a difference.

We stand with Ukraine.
