MedWorld Advisors was proud to exhibit at Medical Manufacturing Asia 2022 in Singapore this past week. Held from August 31 to September 2, 2022, this show is a marketplace for suppliers of medical manufacturing with a focus on innovations from micro and nanotechnology like modules and components for medical technology, lab-on-a-chip technology, inspection equipment and testing services, assembly, automation and production technology, process technology, biocompatible materials, sensors, and coating and functional surfaces.

Singapore, with its strong economic power and important research facilities, is the engine of economic development. And from this western characterized country, strategic activities can be started in the markets of the other ASEAN countries.

On Day 2 of the show MedWorld Advisors Co-Founder/Managing Director Dave Sheppard gave a presentation on “M&A Exit Strategies and International Commercialization Through Strategic Acquirers/Partners”. The presentation was part of the IVAM Microtechnology Network’s session “High-Tech for Medical Devices”. It was an excellent discussion that included audience participation on mergers and acquisitions and strategic partnerships in medical devices and digital health in both Asia and globally.
